Destination IP Addresses (if required by firewall)

In some cases, a firewall may require a destination IP address.  Below lists IP addresses that work in this situation (Port 443):


For large (enterprise) clinics with reliable DNS clients, it is recommended to open a DNS Name instead of using the listed IP addresses above because it is easier to scale and maintain. An example of this situation would be:

  • Domain:
  • Port: 4443


  • Current customers do not have to change their settings - previous configurations still work
  • In order for the auto-update feature to work, the firewall must be opened properly
    • Port 443
