Importing Data

If you have a large amount of data to import for archiving, follow the steps below. This process takes a minimum of four weeks:

1) Contact your sales representative or our support center (support@triceimaging.com) and let us know the total data size

2) Purchase an encrypted disk with a keypad that is large enough to hold the data

  • We recommend the Apricorn Aegis Padlock (ADT-3PL256-3000), available on Amazon.com

3) Export the data (from a PACS system/where the data is currently located) as DICOM files

4) Set the encryption key using the keypad

  • Please do not send any unencrypted data

5) Mail the disk (via certified mail) to our main headquarters:

6) Once your disk has shipped, email the tracking number and the encryption key to support@triceimaging.com so that we can access your data

7) If you would like your disk to be returned after your data is imported (the data will be removed from the disk), include your return address in the email

8) We will securely and properly import the data into your Tricefy account

Once your data is imported, you can view it by choosing Icebox from the user menu:
