You can generate a report (CSV) of the Tricefy study list and other details. This feature allows you report on select fields from study data in order to find some key metrics from the clinical operations.
Note that this feature only can pull from actively available study data in your Tricefy accounts. If you are not using Tricefy for long term storage of your studies (e.g. 90 days), data will only be available for the studies currently in your account.
To generate a study list export go to the User Menu > Report Exports > Create Study List Export
In the prompt, select the account(s), date range (based on study date), and fields you want to include in the study list export. The report will always include Tricefy Account ID and Account Name for in each row as the first 2 columns/fields.
After clicking "Begin Export", the request will be added in the export list. Once the report is ready a downloadable link will be available as a .zip file. Unpacking the zip file will contain the CSV which you can import into any spreadsheet tool for further analysis and filtering.
