Invalid Username or Password

If you are receiving an Invalid Username or Password message (or if you simply cannot remember your password):

1) Confirm your Caps Lock button is off on your keyboard

2) Confirm the email address you are using is correct

 Note: If the email address entered in your Tricefy Profile Settings was recently changed and your internet browser had saved your username and password, make sure to also change the email address entered into the Username field on the Login screen.

3) Select the Reset Password link located on the Login screen to reset your password:

Select the Reset Password link to choose a new password:

Be aware that your password must have least eight characters, one upper-case letter and at one number.

Enter your new password in both text fields and select the Change Password button. The system will automatically log you into your Tricefy account.

Please note that users who are using the latest version of Tricefy (4.0), must log in at If you have recently transferred to the new system, confirm that Tricefy URL is correct.
